The thesis

Why this category, and why we are not first

HYROX went from 570,000 competitors in 2024/25 to about 1.5 million in 2025/26 and projects more than 2 million next season. Every new athlete needs a plan. Strava proves fitness apps can scale to $415M, and Ladder shows strength programming sells. We are not first to fitness, and we do not need to be. We enter behind the leaders and aim to become a leading dedicated HYROX training product while the sport is still growing fast.

For 75Rox

HYROX runs in 35+ countries, added 47 races for 2025/26 (including debuts in Turkey, Finland and Argentina) to pass 100 events, and its India head told Reuters about 1.5 million people take part this year. We prioritise markets that already host races.

The $100 million ambition

What a $100 million a year 75Rox would take

A scenario, not a forecast and not expected revenue. $100 million a year in revenue in three years is the ambition we are building toward. This is the arithmetic of it: how many paying subscribers that takes at three illustrative prices. 75Rox has no such traction today and nothing here is a promise.
